If your problem cannot be resolved or is not listed on our FAQ,
please contact the home office of the insurance company which supplied you your
copy of Lifebase™. The home office will usually be able to field most questions
or problems with Lifebase™. If not, they will contact us and we will assist them
in providing a solution to your question or problem.
